How do you personalize your creations?

"Handpainted avec amour"... Every Le Nom creation is personalized—hand-painted with care. The lines will never be as precise as a printed or machine-embroidered design, and no two bags will ever be exactly the same. Their uniqueness is what makes them truly special—and most loved. C'est magnifique!

How long does it take to create one of your pieces?

For online orders, they are usually processed, personalized, and delivered within 5 to 7 days from the time payment is received. Timelines may vary depending on workload, but we make sure to inform you at the time of purchase how long we expect it to take to fulfill your order.
For in-store orders, we generally need a couple of days. In case of urgency, we can occasionally complete the personalization on the same day, depending on our workload.

Can I purchase the bag without personalization and have it personalized later?

Yes, it’s possible to personalize your bag even after purchase. You can bring it directly to one of our boutiques, or we can arrange pickup and delivery to return the personalized bag to you. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

Can I exchange an item I received?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase—and only in the case of a non-personalized item—you may exchange it under the following conditions:
Within 14 days of receiving the item
-The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging
-The replacement item will be shipped once we have received the original item back

Can I return my order?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase—and only in the case of a non-personalized item—you may return it under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of receiving the item: full refund, including initial shipping costs
- The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging
- The refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving the returned item

How can I take care of my personalized bag?

The paint we use for personalization is waterproof, so you can gently clean the bag with a soft dry cloth or a slightly damp one if needed.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been personalized (or shipped, in the case of non-personalized products).

What is your packaging like?

Our creations are delivered inside a Le Nom dustbag.

For purchases made in-store or picked up in-store, the item and its dustbag are placed inside a very special Le Nom paper bag.
