Product Care

How can I take care of my personalized bag?

The paint we use for personalization is waterproof, so you can gently clean the bag with a soft dry cloth or a slightly damp one if needed.

Where can I purchase your creations?

You can purchase and personalize our creations at www.le-nom.com, in person at our boutiques in Milan and Paris, or at our pop-up on the ground floor of Le Bon Marché in Paris.

How do you personalize your creations?

"Handpainted avec amour"... Every Le Nom creation is personalized—hand-painted with care. The lines will never be as precise as a printed or machine-embroidered design, and no two bags will ever be exactly the same. Their uniqueness is what makes them truly special—and most loved. C'est magnifique!

How long does it take to create one of your pieces?

For online orders, they are usually processed, personalized, and delivered within 5 to 7 days from the time payment is received. Timelines may vary depending on workload, but we make sure to inform you at the time of purchase how long we expect it to take to fulfill your order.
For in-store orders, we generally need a couple of days. In case of urgency, we can occasionally complete the personalization on the same day, depending on our workload.

Can I purchase the bag without personalization and have it personalized later?

Yes, it’s possible to personalize your bag even after purchase. You can bring it directly to one of our boutiques, or we can arrange pickup and delivery to return the personalized bag to you. Shipping costs will be at your expense.

What does it mean when a product is on pre-order?

When a product is on pre-order, it means it’s currently sold out, but if you purchase it, it will be reserved for you and shipped as soon as it becomes available.
The estimated shipping date is always indicated on the product page, and should there be any changes, we’ll inform you promptly.

What is your packaging like?

Our creations are delivered inside a Le Nom dustbag.

For purchases made in-store or picked up in-store, the item and its dustbag are placed inside a very special Le Nom paper bag.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Of course! At checkout, you can select free in-store pickup.

Payments

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit card or PayPal. If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please email us at contact@le-nom.com, specifying the order you'd like to place.

How can I redeem a Gift Card?

Enter the E-Gift Card code before completing your payment.

I’d like to request an invoice— is that possible?

You can request an invoice by providing your billing details in the order notes or by emailing us at contact@le-nom.com within the day after placing your order.
Requests made after this deadline may not be accepted.

Shipping & Returns

Can I exchange an item I received?

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase—and only in the case of a non-personalized item—you may exchange it under the following conditions:
Within 14 days of receiving the item
-The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging
-The replacement item will be shipped once we have received the original item back

Can I return my order?

If you're not satisfied with your purchase—and only in the case of a non-personalized item—you may return it under the following conditions:
- Within 14 days of receiving the item: full refund, including initial shipping costs
- The product must be intact, unused, and in its original packaging
- The refund will be issued within 5 days of receiving the returned item
- To proceed with the return, please contact us by email at contact@le-nom.com

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order hasn’t been personalized (or shipped, in the case of non-personalized products).

From Milan and/or Paris.

We ship almost everywhere, with just a few exceptions.

How can I track my order shipment?

Once your shipment has been processed, you’ll receive an email from the courier with a tracking link so you can monitor it in real time.
