Product Care

How can I take care of my personalized bag?

The paint we use for personalization is waterproof, so you can gently wipe the bag with a soft dry cloth or a dampened cloth if necessary.

Where can I purchase your creations?

You can purchase and customize our creations at www.le-nom.com or in person at our boutiques (Milan and Paris) or at our pop-up at Bon Marché (ground floor) in Paris

How do you customize your creations?

"Handpainted avec amour"... All Le Nom creations are personalized (painted) by hand. The lines will never be as precise as if they were printed or machine embroidered, and no two bags will ever be identical to each other. Their uniqueness is their most beautiful and most appreciated feature. C'est magnifique!

How long does it take to realize one of your creations?

Regarding orders placed online, they are processed, customized, and delivered generally within 5 to 7 days after receipt of payment. Timelines may vary depending on workloads, but we make sure to let you know at the time of purchase how soon we expect to fulfill your order.
For orders placed in the store, we generally take a couple of days. In urgent cases we can exceptionally succeed within the day if workloads allow.

Can I buy the bag without personalization and have it personalized later?

Yes, you can customize your bag even after you purchase it. You can take it directly to one of our boutiques, or we can arrange to pick up and later ship the bag back to you. Shipping costs will be your responsibility.

What does it mean that a product is on pre-order?

When a product is on pre-order, it means it is currently sold out, but if you purchase it it is reserved for you and will be shipped as soon as it is available. The expected ship date is always listed on the product page, and if there are any changes, we will notify you promptly.

What does your packaging look like?

Our creations are delivered inside a Le Nom dustbag.
For purchases made in the boutique or with boutique pickup, the purchased item and dustbag are placed inside a very special Le Nom bag.

Can I pick up my order at the boutique?

Of course. When checking out you can select free in-store pickup

Payments

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by credit card or Paypal. If you wish to pay by bank transfer, we ask you to email us at contact@le-nom.com specifying the order you wish to place.

How can I redeem a Gift Card?

Enter the E-Gift Card code before payment.

I would like to receive the invoice, is it possible?

You can request an invoice by specifying the details in the order notes or by email to contact@le-nom.com within the day after ordering. Beyond this deadline, the request may not be accepted.

Shipping and Returns

Can I change a received item?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and only in the case of a non-personalized item, you may exchange it under the following conditions:
Within 14 days of receipt
- The product must be undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.
- The replacement item will be shipped once we return possession of the originally purchased item.

Can I return my order?

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, and only in the case of a non-custom item, you may return it under the following conditions:
Within 14 days of receipt: Full refund, including initial shipping charges.
- The product must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging.
- Refund will be issued within 5 days of receipt of the return.
To proceed with your return, please contact us via email at our contact@le-nom.com address.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, if the order has not yet been customized (or shipped for non-customized products).

How can I track the shipment of my order?

When the shipment is picked up, you will receive an email from the courier with the tracking so you can monitor it in real time.
